Our Story

Over Two Decades of Real-World Experience

My entry into the accounting world began over twenty-five years ago when I was hired to work as a church treasurer part-time in New York City. I soon decided to formalize my on-the-job learning with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. That formal education led me to the corporate accounting departments of several billion-dollar banking institutions, where I became acquainted with complex financial products and business best practices. Working in the financial capital of the world also afforded me an opportunity to collaborate with and learn from many talented individuals from all over the world.

All business owners and stakeholders need a financial consultant that is well-versed in the language of business, but in order to thrive they also need a partner that can speak their unique language. They need a partner that can relate to their objectives and appreciate the contributions they make to their communities. The unique combination of practical, “real-world” training and critical thinking skills affords me an opportunity to provide clients valuable financial services and sound business insight.
